At LMC it is of up-most importance that all of our staff is experienced, competent and possess all of the necessary training and qualifications required to carry out their tasks to a high standard. We have a dedicated workforce that covers all of our recruitment needs. All of our operatives will attend site with a valid CSCS/CPCS card, full PPE and tools if required. Before an operative is hired a phone interview is performed followed by a formal interview during which previous employment references are up-taken.
